Your order is not accepted until VEOBELLA confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as VEOBELLA may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return Policy.

VEOBELLA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with VEOBELLA. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and VEOBELLA, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with VEOBELLA.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and VEOBELLA regarding use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications.

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice to you.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, save for any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence under EU law.
