Returns & Warranty

We stand behind every Veobella piece with a 45-day return policy and a 2-year guarantee on all products.

45-Day Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return, contact us at support@veobella.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

2-Year Guarantee

All Veobella products come with a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your item develops a fault due to a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from accidents.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered by us. Your refund covers the original product price only, not the original shipping cost.

Damage in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@veobella.com with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund.
