    Shipping Policy We pack with care and ship fast. Here is everything you need to know. How We Ship Every VEOBELLA order is carefully packed from our European workshop. We take pride in getting your bag to you quickly and safely. Orders placed before 10:00 PM Monday to Friday ship the same day. Weekend and after-hours orders ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our warehouse. No coupon code needed, discount applies automatically at checkout. Delivery Times Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier service. Once your order ships, your tracking email will include an estimated delivery window for your region. Please note: Delivery dates are estimates. Factors outside our control such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather may affect arrival times. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number, estimated delivery window, carrier and shipping method, and a link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your VEOBELLA account to view tracking information anytime. International Shipping We ship worldwide. Shipping to your country is available if you can see a rate at checkout. Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the United States and European Union, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These costs are NOT included in our shipping price and are determined by your local customs authority. We will provide all necessary customs documentation with your shipment to help expedite clearance. Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we are here to help. Check your tracking link first. It will show the most current status. Wait 3 to 5 business days past the estimated date (delays happen). Contact us at support@veobella.com with your order number and tracking info. We will investigate with the carrier and find a solution either a replacement or refund. Damaged Packages We package every bag with care, but shipping accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Include your order number. We will immediately send a replacement or issue a full refund without questions asked. Returns & Exchanges Changed your mind? No problem. 30-day return window: You have 30 days from delivery to return your item. Full refund: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For exchanges, we cover return shipping on our end.
